Milo & Chocolate Chips Cupcakes ??????????*makes 7cupcakes3 egg yolks (large or A size)20g sugar35g vegetable oil ( I use corn oil)60g milk60g cake flour or low protein flour20g Milo powder3 egg whites (large or A size)40g sugar1/2tsp lemon juices60g chocolate chipsMethod1. Pre-heat oven to 170C.2. Arrange paper liners on baking tray.3. Hand whisk egg yolk and sugar till pale in colour.4. Add in corn oil , mix well, then add in milk , combine well.5. Sift in cake flour and Milo powder, stir till to mix well till no lumps.6. Beat egg white & lemon juices until foamy, gradually add sugar, and continue beat till firm peak formed.7. Take 1/3 of egg white and use a hand whisk to mix into egg yolk batter.8. Fold in the balance egg white with a spatula till well combine.9. Scoop batter into pre-arranged paper liners to about 90% full. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.10. Bake at middle rack for about 25mins.Recipe by Sonia a.k.a Nasi Lemak Lover
